ECFit Boulder Launch Mobile App For At Home Functional Strength Training

The ECFit Boulder App is free to download and is designed to be paired with your Facebook profile or signed in with email so you can follow or compete with your friends.
The app comes with several sample workouts and can be paired with various Off-Season, In-Season, and Pre-Natal programs available for purchase on the ECFit Boulder website.
The app allows the user to benefit from the same programs the pros use via video and motion loop tutorials.
